The name Margaux is inspired by the charming French village located just north of Bordeaux in the illustrious Medoc wine region of France. The Chateau Margaux wine region is one of the most highly regarded in the world, with vineyards famous for producing sweet, refined perfumed wines from unusually strong vines that reflect the best characteristics of the soil beneath them. The similar words that resonate most with our brand: highly sought-after and notable. It represents the epitome of elegance and the highest standards of excellence.

24/7 concierge and care services, luxury finishes, and engaging programming are specially curated to ease the transition for Beverly Hills’ seniors moving out of their homes. Chic and modern facilities, plus an array of services, will allow residents to maintain their current lifestyle and interests, and hopefully discover new ones. Project Team

Margaux is a project by Lazer Properties, a local real estate firm of the Lewis family. The team is led by Jason Lewis, who along with his parents Lilly and David, are lifelong Beverly Hills residents, attended the local schools, and have been active members of the community and local organizations for decades. This project is close to their hearts as it was born from personal experience struggling to place loved ones somewhere wonderful in their own community - an experience shared by many Beverly Hills residents for a long time. Lazer has assembled a highly talented team to bring this vision to reality and serve Beverly Hills families for generations to come.
